The borrower must be at least 18 years old and no older than 65 when the final installment is paid.
The borrower must have worked for the same business for at least 2 years.
The business must be registered with an official authority, such as a municipality, village council, or chamber of commerce.
The borrower must have no overdue amounts.
The borrower must meet the Palestine Monetary Authority’s returned-check classification requirements.
At least one guarantor is required. Other forms of collateral may be accepted if a guarantor is not available.

Copies of the identification documents of the borrower and guarantors.
A recent credit report.
Bank statements covering at least 6 months if the account is held with another bank.
Confirmation from the business owner stating the employee’s salary, length of employment, salary payment method, and recommendation for the loan.
Proof of salary through vouchers, invoices, checks, or receipts, where available.
Two gold valuations if the loan is granted against gold as collateral.
