Log in to the Bank-e app.
Select E-SADAD.
Select the service of the biller you want to pay.
Tap the “+” icon.
Enter the required information.
Check that the information is correct, then tap “Add.”
A confirmation message will appear once the process has been completed successfully.

You will receive a notification or confirmation message from the financial institution through which the payment was made, such as the Bank or a payment service provider. You can also repeat the inquiry to verify that the bill has been paid, or check through the electronic services provided by the financial institution through which you made the payment.

Log in to the Bank-e app.
Select E-SADAD.
Select the service of the biller you want to inquire about.
Enter your service identification number.
Check that the information is correct, then tap “Pay.”
A confirmation message will appear once the payment has been completed successfully, provided you have sufficient funds.
